The Pacific Inn a Pet Friendly White Rock Hotel near Vancouver


To ensure the safety and happiness of all our hotel guests, we have instituted certain policies and procedures regarding your pet, to be followed during your entire stay with us.
 
Since the Hotel only offers a limited amount of guest rooms that are designated for pets, you must notify the hotel at time of booking to ensure availability and also upon check-in with the Front Desk Staff. All pets are required to check-in at the Front Desk upon arrival at the property!
 
Failure to notify the hotel at check-in of bringing a pet on property will result in possible eviction from the property and a surcharge of $100.00 added to your hotel bill in addition to the daily pet fee of $20.00 per pet per day.  

OUR HOTEL PET POLICY
  • A $20.00 non-refundable pet cleaning fee per night will be added to your room.<
  • A valid credit card imprint or deposit of $50.00 is required on check-in, without exception. The deposit is refundable, subject to satisfactory room inspection by the Hotel Housekeeping Department.
  • Please ensure that you use your "Do Not Disturb" sign located in your hotel room.  Place the card on the door handle for the duration of your stay while the pet is in the room.
  • You are required to clean up after your pet on hotel property.
  • Your pet must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas inside the hotel, as well as, on exterior hotel property.  Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in any of the food and beverage, pool or health club areas of the hotel.  This exclusion does not apply to service animals.
  • Please contact the Front Desk to arrange for a convenient time to service your room by dialing "0" from your room phone.  No attempt will be made to enter if there is a pet inside, unless the owner is present.  The pet owner should be in the room when it is cleaned if the pet is present.
  • You are responsible to ensure your pet's good behavior during your stay.  Any disturbances, such as barking, should be curtailed to ensure that our guests are not disturbed or inconvenienced.
  • You agree to be responsible for all property damages, disturbances and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet.  You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel; its owners and operators, from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.

Package 3 ($500)
