Surrey Conference Center and Banquet Rooms

The Pacific Inn Resort Hotel & Conference Centre Is the only place to hold your meetings, special events, and conferences in the South Surrey/ White Rock area. We are 30 minutes away from Downtown Vancouver and 20 minutes away from the International Airport. We are located one mile away from the USA border and surrounded by 4 championship golf courses all within a 5-10 minute drive.

For an Intensive Workshop or Sales Meeting this is the ideal location without any distraction and yet close to a swimming beach, golf, horse riding and other activities that can be added in your conference bonding session.

We can offer 8 different meeting/break out rooms that can accommodate from 40 people to 800 in a comfortable surrounding and the latest technological equipment. Our Costa Brava Ballroom has high ceilings natural lights and an attached garden for outdoor breaks.

All of our rooms can be set up to various configurations: Theatre, Classroom, "U" Shape, Boardroom, Hollow Square, Reception, Banquet Style.

Our Audio Visual Company can fulfill all your requests, from a single Microphone, 2 projectors and the most sophisticated equipment.

Our Executive Chef and Catering Manager can customize your menu's to your budget and taste or pick a menu from our various Enclosed selections.

We only use the freshest local and international ingredients to create outstanding menus and we can also provide ethnic foods like Indian, Chinese, Kosher, Halal, Italian, and west coast cuisine.

Have your next meeting or special event In The Tropics without going away. The Hotel has a unique atrium with a tropical courtyard, whirlpool, sauna, heated indoor pool and cascading waterfall surrounded in a Caribbean/Mexican theme.

The Pacific Inn has 150 spacious guest rooms and suites with some rooms having 12 foot ceilings.

We also offer one complimentary room on every 20 room nights for your event and provide a special room rate for your participants.
