West Beach's Fitness Room is equipped with Apex New Generation total body circuit, biomechanically designed to be used for proper stabilization and isolation to ensure development of the correct muscle group. Free weights, abdominal and stretching area complete the fitness room.
We offer Aqua Aerobic classes, Yoga classes, Pilates and Ball classes with a variety of equipment. We customize weight loss programs based on your body type.
